Camille Fournier - 97 Things Every Engineering Manager Should Know
This is a book of 97 short "bit sized" essays, each focusing on one particular idea or topic. Do not let the title mislead you - this is a book about managerial skills and wisdoms that are applicable in many settings not just in engineering. Besides the excellent content the format of short form essays were an excellent choiche. It made it a fun reading while travelling.

Reminded me the Connections TV series by the late British science historian James Burke
